It is clearly observed that many people who suffer from anxiety symptoms seek for medication as it is hard to tell that one is suffering from anxiety ,the individual may make several trips and visit several doctors before knowing there problem.
Anxiety disorder despite being in different forms, they share common features: persistent fear or worrying in some situations that other people would not be bothered about or have any challenge but will only look for solutions on how to cope with the situation. It is the duty of the individual to ensure that they take the initiative to curb anxiety so that one can live a comfortable life and free from worries.
